HolograPEEK XL - Holography Embossing Roller Material
HolograPEEK XL - Holograph Embossing Rollers are made from a specially formulated, proprietary high-termperature engineering plastic. HolograPEEK XL helps embossed hologram producers produce wider width holograms more efficiently through the development of compliant rollers made from its proprietary material. This offers increased embossing width and operates at higher temperatures and pressures than alternative plastic and rubber rollers. This high-temperature compliant polymer can be machined like metal, but offers performance-enhancing characteristics, when compared to metal.
