OVERVIEW of StarLite® XL Lightweight Marine Board
King StarLite® XL is a lightweight cellular polymer that replaces plywood upholstery backing on boats. It can be easily formed into curved shapes, holds staples firmly, and cannot rot.
King StarLite® XL is environmentally stabilized to withstand harsh marine conditions, as do its companion products, such as King StarBoard® Starlite XL resists odor, even in wet environments and is an excellent substrate for mounting instruments. It is able to securely hold staples and screws.
Applications:Cutting Boards, Deck Component and Equipment Mounts, Cockpit Covers, Tackle Centers, Recess Hatches and Bait Well Covers, Electronics Mountings, Doorstops and Thresholds.

The salesman, Matt P. answered my email in 5 minutes. He got right on my order and asked for dimensions. Arrived in my time frame as well. Just wanted to let you know that everything looks AWESOME I really appreciated that the extra pieces of the 4' X 8' sheets of Starlite XL was shipped with the order. One piece at the bow of "Nautilus" was not accounted for in the order. The piece is a little wider and has the curve of the bow taken into account and joins up with the anchor roller. I will be able to use one of the extra pieces to custom cut the fit. Paul, the delivery driver for R & L Carriers, showed up early and pulled right up to the stern of the boat. No forkliift was needed as we scooted the pallet right onto the lift gate and down & onto the ground. It was an easy delivery and off he went. Thanks so much for your help processing the order and getting it here. :)
