Semitron® ESd 420V - Static Dissipative PEI
Semitron® ESd 420V offers dissipative performance of 10⁶ - 10⁹ ohms/sq. over it's full temperature performance range. It is a stiff, high strength material that is not subject to dimensional change as a result of exposure to moisture. Semitron® ESd 420V is a cost effective alternative for applications that do not require the thermal performance of ultra-high performance materials.

It's proprietary reinforcement technology provides higher strength and stiffness and improves upon the overall stability of the company's current PEI based ESd product. Additionally, the new material offers surface resistivity of 10*6 to 10*9. With heat deflection temperature of 215°C, the material provides a more cost effective, high strength alternative to ultra high temperature resistant materials.
