Registration was completed through QAS International, and Perry Johnson Registrars.
AS9100D is the 2016 revision of the Aerospace Standard containing requirements for establishing and maintaining a quality management system (QMS). AS9001D includes the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 plus additional requirements for the aviation, space, and defense industries.
ISO 9001 Certification Definition
ISO 9001 is an umbrella term that refers to a standard developed and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The current version of this standard is ISO 9001:2015; generally organizations referring to themselves as being ISO 9001 certified are referring to this current version of the standard. ISO 9001 is a non-industry specific certification. Certifications are issued by third party certifying bodies and will be issued to the current version of the standard.
ISO 14000 - Environmental Management
The ISO 14000 family of standards provides practical tools for companies and organizations of all kinds looking to manage their environmental responsibilities. ISO 14001:2015 and its supporting standards such as ISO 14006:2015 focus on environmental systems to achieve this. The other standards in the family focus on specific approaches such as audits, communications, labelling and life cycle analysis, as well as environmental challenges such as climate change.
