OVERVIEW of Polystone P® MG Heat Stabilized Polypro

Polystone P® MG Heat Stabilized Polypropylene is specifically designed for surgical trays & caddies.
Polystone® P MG is a compression molded polypropylene that is manufactured by a unique heat stabilization process. The state of the art material is easily machined and is specifically designed for surgical trays and caddies due to its excellent dimensional stability, resistance to steam autoclaving and low moisture absorption. In addition Polystone® P MG can be laser marked and is USP Class VI and FDA compliant.

Thickness Range: .500" to 3" thick (12.7mm to 76.2mm)

Sheet Sizes: 24" x 48" (610mm x 1220mm), 40" x 48" (1 meter x 1220mm) and 48" x 120" (1220mm x 3 meter)
