Waylock® Adhesive
OVERVIEW of Waylock® Adhesive
Waylock® Adhesive is made by Trelleborg with a proprietary formula and tested to be used with Turcite® B Slydway linear bearing material.
Waylock® Adhesive is Sold in Two Forms:
Waylock II (2 part epoxy adhesive) which is specifically formulated for bonding Turcite B® to metal surfaces
Waylock EZ which is the same as Waylock II but in an easy-to-use cartridge system designed for use with our applicator guns.
Waylock® adhesive has been tested extensively with Turcite B, but will also work with other competitors' bearing materials such as Rulon 142. Its special formula provides the proper bond strength when applied as directed and can withstand common lube oils and machine coolants. Waylock adhesive is a high quality epoxy and can be used in other applications, i.e. we use it for some machine anchoring systems as well as way plugs on occasion.

Turcite® B Slydway® System is a complete line of bearing materials along with surface preparation and adhesive products specifically engineered to install Turcite® B Slydway® materials.
Waylock® adhesive is classified as Hazardous Materials for Shipping Purposes. An additional HazMat fee is included in shipping charges at Check-Out.
This product must be shipped from our Fullerton, California location due to special HazMat Certification required by FedEx and UPS.

that includes any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers
that contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.
You agree to indemnify and hold Professional Plastics (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers), harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
For any content that you submit, you grant Professional Plastics a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.
All content that you submit may be used at Professional Plastics's sole discretion. Professional Plastics reserves the right to change, condense or delete any content on Professional Plastics' website that Professional Plastics deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use. Professional Plastics does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through Professional Plastics to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Ratings and written comments are generally posted within two to four business days. However, Professional Plastics reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not Professional Plastics, are responsible for the contents of your submission. None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Professional Plastics, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.
Professional Plastics may require you to provide certain information or data in order to submit a review.
