Tygon® ND 100-80 Tubing (remplace Tygon S-54-HL) , l'une des premières offres de tubes non DEHP de l'industrie médicale, a été spécifiquement formulée dans un duromètre plus élevé qui permet de produire des tubes de plus petit diamètre avec une résistance élevée à plier et à s'effondrer.
Caractéristiques: Tygon® ND 100-80 est disponible en cinq tailles extrêmement petites pour une utilisation dans les cathéters, la perfusion intraveineuse ou intra-artérielle et d'autres applications chirurgicales et hospitalières. Il est suffisamment rigide pour une manipulation facile, mais suffisamment souple pour réduire les problèmes de perforation. Le Tygon® ND 100-80 étant de nature thermoplastique, il peut être transformé en canules ou en gaines de protection à l'aide de techniques de thermoformage et de torchage. Sur la base de la chimie d' un tube unique développé par Saint-Gobain, Tygon® ND série a été formulé pour être NSCRIPTION R,E évaluation, A UTORISATION et la restriction des substances CH emical (REACH) conforme à DEHP. Pour garantir la conformité, chaque lot de composé individuel est testé pour s'assurer que les niveaux de DEHP sont <1000 ppm. Pendant le processus d'extrusion, les dimensions individuelles des produits sont maintenues et surveillées par des micromètres en ligne et une vérification hors ligne avec un équipement d'imagerie informatisé. Conformément à de nombreuses exigences en matière de tubes médicaux, le matériau ND 100-80 peut être efficacement collé / soudé en utilisant les méthodes suivantes: chaleur, électronique (RF) / ultrasons, solvant et adhésif. Les facteurs à prendre en compte lors de la sélection des composants comprennent: la sécurité de la liaison requise, l'effet sur l'intégrité des matériaux à assembler et la présence de résidus ou d'extractibles qui peuvent affecter la biocompatibilité. For any content that you submit, you grant Professional Plastics a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.
